Dear Beverly:
I'd like to take a minute of your time so as to be able to unequivocally
recommend that you put all of your customers, every one, onto Dione
Star. The sooner the better.
Our vacation in Tonga was perfect because Dione Star and her crew
were perfect. The boat is spectacular. Every detail is well done.
The staterooms are beautiful, large, well appointed, and very comfortable.
The restrooms are spacious and everything is conveniently located.
It's a boat, but the showers are full sized, the fixtures are brass,
the restrooms' floors and walls are marble. The dining is superb.
The food is the best quality, conscientiously prepared. We all agree
that the fillet of tenderloin we had one night is the best steak
any of us have ever eaten. The boat is huge and roomy even for a
party of twelve and a crew of eight. It has everything: diving,
snorkeling, water skiing, fishing. Every single thing one could
possibly use is aboard.
The best feature, however, is the crew. Captain Brian Harrison is
the most knowledgeable, professional seaman I shall ever meet, and
I charter a lot. Shortly after our cruise began we were all certain
that we were completely safe and secure on his boat, in his hands.
He runs an excellent, excellent crew. They were six: two stewardesses,
an engineer, a chef and two boatswains mates. Each one of the crew
was so polite, so courteous, so hard-working, so generous with their
effort to help, or make us comfortable, or to provide whatever they
could to make the experience more enjoyable, that at the end of
the trip parting with them was very, very difficult. Of course they
are that way because Mr. Harrison selected them for their extraordinarily
high quality of character, personality, as well as good looks, and
has taken the time and gone to the effort to train them. The service
they provided, each one of them, was far above our expectations.
They were funny, fun, delightful kids who worked diligently all
day long to make the trip perfect. It was more than just doing their
job. They sought out things to do for all of us. We never had to
ask for anything. The crew was constantly one step ahead, and they
actually looked for things to do to make the trip better, more comfortable,
more fun. There is a lady aboard by the name of Pauline. She's been
part of the crew for nearly three years. She is a beautiful, wonderful
world traveler who is in perpetual motion. I've never seen anyone
work so hard for so long. She never stops moving. She keeps everything
fresh, tidy and well organized. None of our party of twelve had
anything but the very most complementary things to say about the
entire crew.
Mrs. Harrison is a delightful lady who is so extraordinarily kind,
so extraordinarily generous, so very hard working and so totally
interested in the well being of each of the party aboard that she
rounds out the experience and makes it complete.
Beverly, I charter quite a bit. This boat, Captain Harrison, his
wife Jude, and the crew, are perfect. I simply cannot say enough
about them. There is no reasonable expectation left amongst our
party that any charter will ever be as good again. You should see
the crew put that magnificent vessel under sail in the open ocean!.
It's simply awesome. Therefore, I feel compelled to urge you to
put your customers onto this boat and into Brian Harrison's hands.
You will be rewarded time after time with compliments, with letters
of grateful thanks such as this one, and you will have done your
clients the best service possible.
It just simply cannot be better done than Dione Star does it.
Best regards,
Chris Torre
